Benchtop Quotations
We offer a free measure and quotation service for all benchtops manufactured in our factory.
We are happy to have the customer supply benchtop blanks, and we will have one of our staff come and site measure to ensure that these are cut to the correct size.
For the customer supplied blanks quotation, there is a small call out fee charged to cover the time and travelling for our staff to come to site.
Planning Style of Bench

When considering what you want your benchtop to look like, there are several things to think about:
1. Thickness – do you want the same thickness or change?
2. Sink – do you want to use the same sink or buy a new one?
3. Front Edge – what type of profile for the edge of the bench?
4. Tap – do you want to replace your existing tap?
All these questions can be answered by any of the team either on site, at our showroom or on the telephone.
Benchtop Thickness
Your benchtop can be any thickness you wish, we recommend starting at 36mm.
The only issue would be is whether or not our machinery could fabricate the size you
want, and this would be discussed by the staff on site, on phone or in our showroom.
Edge Profiles
Our specialised machinery has the capability of producing the popular tight radius, round/flat/round edge
with a selection of laminates as well as the many standard profiles available in the marketplace.
Upstands
We highly recommend a coved upstand be placed behind the sink on your benchtop.
Coved Upstand
A coved upstand is manufactured where the laminate coves up the back of the bench excluding any join and stopping any water getting underneath the laminate.
Square Upstand
A square upstand is manufactured separately and planted on top of the benchtop, showing a visible join which is sealed to stop water getting underneath the laminate.
Colour of Benchtop
Having difficulty deciding on what colour to choose for your benchtop, here are some questions to consider:
1. Flooring – are you keeping same or changing colour?
2. Walls – whether to be same colour or changing?
3. Adjacent Rooms – is colour to be compatible with other rooms nearby?
4. Kitchen Cabinetry – are you leaving existing or changing either now or in the future?
These questions are things to consider when deciding on the colour for your benchtops.
Our company fabricates a variety of different laminates, of which, we have many samples on display in our showroom.
